Alegătorii sârbi protestează față de restricțiile privind votul din străinătate

Serbian voters protested in Belgrade against voting restrictions for expatriates ahead of crucial elections. Over 1,000 people gathered demanding the annulment of decisions hindering their voting rights. The upcoming elections on October 25 will see an opposition movement led by students challenge the ruling Progressive Party. More than 100,000 Serbs abroad registered to vote, a significant increase from previous elections. Recent changes by the electoral commission have made voting more difficult for expatriates, including altered polling locations and operating hours. These modifications were made following recommendations from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, raising concerns about government negligence and corruption.
