Alba Iulia se împrumută cu 30 de milioane de euro prin obligațiuni. Cât costă finanțarea și pentru ce sunt folosiți banii

Alba Iulia is issuing bonds worth 30 million euros to refinance existing debts and fund infrastructure projects. The city will delay capital repayments until 2033, with variable interest rates based on EURIBOR. The bond offer runs from September 21 to 25, 2026, and includes 300,000 bonds at 100 euros each, maturing in 2036. The majority of the funds will refinance two bank loans, while the remainder will support urban mobility projects. The city's current debt level is around 11%, below the legal limit, and the refinancing aims to ease budget pressures for new investments.
