Al treilea post TV din România ca audiență, vândut cu peste 100.000.000 de euro

Clever Group has acquired Doğan Media International, owner of Kanal D, for over 109 million euros, marking a significant media transaction in Romania. Kanal D ranks third in audience share, following ProTV and Antena 1. The deal requires approval from regulatory authorities and will be paid in installments. Clever Group operates a diverse portfolio of 18 TV channels and 12 digital platforms, enhancing its position in the Romanian media landscape.
