Authorities issued a new RO-Alert message in northern Tulcea County, warning of potential falling objects from the air. The Ministry of Defense reported that radar detected an aerial target near the Ukrainian border, prompting two F-16 aircraft to monitor the situation. The National Military Command Center informed the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, which relayed the alert to the public. Residents were advised to take shelter and remain calm. This was the second alert issued on the same day, as the aerial target had previously been detected but disappeared without entering Romanian airspace.
