A fire broke out in a student dormitory in Cluj-Napoca, causing panic among residents. Three students required oxygen but no hospitalizations occurred. The fire, believed to have started from a faulty socket, led to the evacuation of hundreds of students. Firefighters rescued 13 students trapped inside. All residents were relocated to another dormitory while investigations continue.
