The initiative offers a loan of up to 200,000 euros, with 60% provided as a non-repayable grant. The program has a total budget of 100 million euros and will be implemented by the Investment and Development Bank. Eligible individuals must have resided abroad for the last nine months. Funds must be used for sustainable investments, with a requirement to maintain assets for at least three years.
