AI în instanțe: 1000 de săli de judecată, dotate cu un sistem de transcriere automată a ședințelor

Romania has equipped around 1,000 courtrooms with an AI-based audio recording and automatic transcription system, enhancing judicial efficiency. The project, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, was completed in 32 months and is now operational in 245 judicial institutions. The OPTIMUS platform manages the entire process, from audio capture to transcription, utilizing speech-to-text technology. It can process audio content at speeds up to 100 times real-time, significantly reducing manual transcription time. The system began with a pilot in six courtrooms and has since expanded nationwide, ensuring data control and ongoing development by the Ministry of Justice.
