Ai construit fără autorizație? Noul Cod dă un an pentru intrarea în legalitate. Taxele vor fi de 10 ori mai mari

Owners of unauthorized constructions have a one-year transitional period to legalize their buildings under the new Urbanism Code. Regularization is not automatic and may incur significantly higher fees. After this period, unlegalized constructions may face demolition. The Ministry of Development clarified that the new regularization authorization does not equate to amnesty for illegal buildings. Compliance with urban regulations and safety standards is mandatory, and failure to meet these may lead to required modifications or demolition. The transitional period allows for broader regularization options, but costs will be substantially higher for those who do not comply. After one year, only specific types of constructions will be eligible for regularization, and local authorities can initiate demolition for non-compliant structures.
