AGERPRES obține finanțare de 7,5 milioane de lei pentru digitalizarea Arhivei istorice

AGERPRES has signed a financing contract for the project aimed at digitizing its archive to enhance public access and preserve historical records. The project, funded entirely by European and national resources, will run from September 28, 2026, to September 28, 2029, with a total budget of over 7.5 million lei. This initiative marks AGERPRES's transition from a partner to a coordinator and beneficiary of European projects. The digitized archive will include 100,000 photographs and texts, making historical documents accessible online. The project aims to combat misinformation and provide modern tools for public service.
