On September 29, two Black Hawk helicopters were deployed to combat a wildfire in Domogled National Park, marking the 51st day since the first outbreak. Agent Green praised the aerial intervention but criticized the timing of resource mobilization, questioning why it took so long to escalate efforts. The organization emphasized the need for more aerial support due to the challenging terrain, which hinders ground access. Gabriel Păun, founder of Agent Green, urged Romania to seek additional assistance from other European nations. The ongoing fire has affected approximately 400 hectares, with over 270 firefighters involved in the response. Agent Green called for continuous monitoring and an independent assessment of ecological damage after the fire is extinguished.
