AFM anunță îndeplinirea jalonului PNRR privind construirea instalațiilor de reciclare a deșeurilor

The Environmental Fund Administration (AFM) successfully achieved a milestone in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) related to waste recycling facilities. This investment aims to enhance Romania's waste management systems and support the transition to a circular economy. AFM's president emphasized the importance of these facilities in meeting recycling targets and contributing to sustainable environmental benefits. The facilities will focus on various waste streams, including construction debris, plastics, glass, textiles, non-ferrous materials, and used tires. AFM will expedite the verification of final transfer requests to ensure timely project completion and will monitor the sustainability of these investments for several years.
