AFIR has announced the conditions for pre-financing energy projects, requiring a bank guarantee for private beneficiaries. The financing scheme supports renewable energy production for self-consumption in agriculture and food industry. The maximum pre-financing amount is 30% of the remaining non-reimbursable state aid, and a 100% bank guarantee is mandatory. Applications can be submitted at any project implementation stage, with pre-financing justified by documents at the last reimbursement request.
