AfD vrea reluarea gazului rusesc pentru Germania și pregătește o întâlnire cu trimisul lui Putin
The AfD party is preparing to meet with a top Russian envoy to discuss the resumption of gas supplies to Germany. The meeting, potentially in March, will include Kirill Dmitriev and AfD leaders Alice Weidel and Tino Chrupalla. Although AfD is popular in polls, it does not govern Germany, making the meeting largely symbolic. The gathering is contingent on a peace framework between Russia and Ukraine, with hopes to include U.S. representatives. Prior to sanctions, Russia supplied a significant portion of Germany's oil and gas imports. Weidel has previously called for an end to the boycott of Russian energy to support Germany's struggling economy.
