AfD îl dă în judecată pe cancelarul Merz pentru declarațiile sale privind "epurarea etnică"

The Alternative for Germany (AfD) has filed a defamation complaint against Chancellor Friedrich Merz for calling their concept of "remigration" ethnic cleansing. AfD's Stephan Brandner condemned Merz's statements as unacceptable and legally punishable. Members of the Bundestag enjoy parliamentary immunity, but there are exceptions for defamatory remarks. In recent regional elections, AfD secured nearly 44% of the votes, significantly ahead of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Merz accused AfD of promoting ethnic cleansing through their remigration policy, which aims at mass expulsion of foreigners.
