In Cluj-Napoca, many restaurants are struggling to survive, with owners reducing staff and operating hours or closing permanently. Business owners are calling for urgent support measures. Chef Liviu Balint shared his experience of closing his restaurant due to the inability to find skilled workers and overwhelming tax burdens. Some establishments, like Nativ, have adapted by limiting their hours to peak traffic times to remain operational.
