Mihai Weber, a PSD deputy, sold three newly established companies related to a future photovoltaic park, earning nearly 3 million lei. The largest sale was of 13-BEX 95 SRL, which received technical connection approval for a 2.4 MW project before being sold to Kahraman Energy. Another company, Pro Inovation SRL, was sold for over five times the price paid for the land, while Inovation System SRL was quickly sold after its establishment. Weber declined to comment on these transactions, which have drawn criticism for being speculative and distorting the energy market.
