A man from Cluj has transformed his yard into a suspended garden, growing strawberries in pots. Starting with just 10 pots two years ago, he now has around 400. His initial investment was only 2,000 lei. This innovative approach allows for easier harvesting and less space requirement, while also avoiding weeds and pests. The climate changes have enabled longer growing seasons for heat-loving plants in Romania. Next year, strawberry producers may also receive subsidies to support their cultivation efforts.
