Initially just a personal retreat, the lake evolved into a gastronomic destination attracting tourists from across the country. After years of effort, Ovidiu began raising trout, which are served fresh to visitors. The idea to develop the property into a culinary spot came after a visit from a local official. Now, the entire family is involved, with Ovidiu's sons helping in food preparation and his wife managing the household. The business has expanded to include accommodations for tourists, making it a popular destination for various events.
