Afacerea cu care speră o familie să dea lovitura. Au investit peste 300.000 € după ani munciţi în străinătate
A family in Skupljen, Serbia, has invested over €300,000 in a five-hectare walnut plantation, focusing on the Chandler variety known for its high yield. Miodrag Pavlovic, after years of working abroad, initiated this project four years ago, planting around 1,200 trees. The family has faced challenges, including initial manual labor and the need for equipment, but they are optimistic about future harvests, expecting each tree to produce up to 50 kg of walnuts. They have established an irrigation system from a 236-meter deep well and plan to expand the plantation if successful. The project aims to be a long-term family business, potentially involving their children in the future.
