Afacerea care îți poate aduce 800 de euro fără mari bătăi de cap. Nu e nevoie de al doilea job pentru asta
Unused land can generate income for owners through various rental options. Renting to farmers, solar park investors, or beekeepers is particularly profitable. In Serbia, rental prices can reach up to 800 euros per hectare. Long-term contracts are common, especially for solar projects, but depend on technical conditions and permits. Farmers may pay between 300 and 600 euros per hectare in agricultural regions, while prices vary based on soil quality and demand. Beekeepers are also interested in abandoned land, offering around 100 euros annually or honey in exchange. Additionally, planting fast-growing trees for wood production is another option, though it requires initial investment and maintenance.
