Aeroporturile Otopeni și Băneasa cumpără sisteme antidonă

The National Company Bucharest Airports (CNAB) is preparing to acquire complex systems for drone detection and neutralization at Henri Coandă and Băneasa airports. A market consultation has been launched to estimate the costs of training, maintenance, and repair services for these systems during and after the warranty period. The systems must detect, identify, track, and locate drones at any time of day and under various weather conditions. The need for such systems has increased due to the rising number of drone-related incidents. An anti-drone system is already in use by the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority, acquired in 2025.
