Brașov-Ghimbav International Airport is set to reorganize its structure to enhance operational efficiency. The proposed changes will be discussed by county councilors on September 24. The plan includes redistributing existing positions without increasing the total number of 119 approved posts. A new administrative director position will be created, overseeing the Administrative Directorate. The Economic Service will also be restructured, merging financial and accounting departments. Additionally, the Procurement Department will be renamed and expanded to include investment and public relations functions. Security structure modifications are also planned.
