Cluj-Napoca International Airport will launch direct flights to Belgrade starting May 31, 2027, operated by Air Serbia with four weekly flights. The new route will enhance connectivity for passengers in Transylvania to international destinations via Belgrade. Air Serbia offers flights to over 100 destinations worldwide. The introduction of these flights is expected to boost economic and tourism relations between Cluj and Serbia. The airport recently celebrated reaching 3 million passengers this year, marking a consistent growth trend.
