AEP cere ANAF să execute silit PNL pentru recuperarea a 14 milioane de lei. Precizările președintelui instituției

The Permanent Electoral Authority (AEP) has notified the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) to recover over 14 million lei from the National Liberal Party (PNL) following a definitive court ruling. AEP President Adrian Țuțuianu expressed hope that ANAF will initiate legal actions for recovery. He emphasized the need to enhance collaboration between AEP and ANAF, anticipating that other parties may also owe significant amounts to the state budget. PNL is obligated to repay 14,117,378.04 lei, which was used for promoting a book by former leader Nicolae Ciucă. PNL President Ilie Bolojan acknowledged the party's debts and committed to settling the court-ordered amount. The recovery process now relies on ANAF's actions.
