ADURO cere statului 10 măsuri pentru construcții: „Constructorii nu trebuie transformați în finanțatori ai investițiilor publice”
The Romanian company ADURO has proposed ten measures to stabilize and develop the construction sector, emphasizing timely payments and fiscal predictability. The call was made on National Constructor's Day, highlighting challenges like rising costs and payment delays. ADURO's director, Cezar Șerban, noted significant changes in the industry over the past two decades, with local companies now capable of handling complex infrastructure projects. Key proposals include a digital mechanism for price updates in public contracts, prioritization of projects, and support for local material production. ADURO also advocates for a shift from the lowest price to the best quality-price ratio in public procurement, alongside enhancing vocational education and internationalizing Romanian firms.
