„Aduceți o sticlă”: Ce li se cere proprietarilor de câini să facă pentru protejarea copacilor, într-unul din cele mai populare cartiere din Viena
A community group in Vienna's Neubau district has launched a campaign encouraging dog owners to dilute their pets' urine with water to protect trees. The initiative, named "Schönes Gassi," aims to address the impact of around 600 dogs on local green spaces and approximately 250 trees planted in the last decade. The guidelines suggest using bottled or tap water to wash away urine, as it can corrode tree bark and weaken their health. Owners can collect a free 270 ml water bottle from the municipality for this purpose. The campaign promotes responsible pet ownership and aims to prevent stricter regulations regarding dogs in urban areas.
