Adrian Ropotan, former Romanian champion with Dinamo, suffered a serious injury in a car accident involving Dinamo 2's minibus, resulting in a hand fracture and surgery. The incident, which occurred on July 31, also claimed the life of team masseur Constantin Covaciu. Ropotan was hospitalized for two nights and is now recovering at home, with plans to return to activity in a few weeks. He previously played for Dinamo for five years, contributing to their last championship win in 2007, before a career that included stints in Russia and the UAE.
