A 17-year-old was detained in Bucharest for threatening two women and damaging a car. The police were alerted by a 46-year-old woman who reported threats from her daughter's ex-partner. The teenager allegedly threatened them and slashed the car's front tires. After being located by the police, he was taken for further investigation. A risk assessment indicated an imminent threat, leading to a temporary protection order with electronic monitoring. The woman was informed about the possibility of an extended protection order but declined to pursue it. Later, the teenager violated the protection order by approaching the protected person's home and was found with a knife. He was subsequently detained for 24 hours and will be presented to the court.
