Adolescent anchetat în două dosare penale, reţinut după ce şi-a distrus dispozitivul de monitorizare electronică

A 17-year-old from Cluj was detained for 24 hours after destroying his electronic monitoring device while under judicial control for two criminal cases. He was involved in a violent incident near a store and is also suspected of multiple thefts. On October 17, after being removed from his home by his mother, he cut and destroyed the monitoring device and his mobile phone. The police confirmed he was already under investigation for public disturbance and threats related to a previous conflict, as well as for qualified thefts from local businesses.
