Constantin Uda, associated with UCG Construcții Ecologice SRL, is under investigation for burying waste without authorization. Authorities discovered buried waste, including plastics and construction materials, during a raid. Uda is suspected of collecting waste illegally since 2024 and hiding it to evade detection. The company's accounts have been seized as part of the investigation.
