The General Prosecutor's Office has detained the administrator of a waste management company in Constanța for illegal waste handling. Constantin Uda, associated with UCG Construcții Ecologice SRL, is under investigation for various environmental offenses. Authorities suspect that from 2024 to May this year, the company collected waste without authorization and buried it to conceal it. During searches, investigators found buried waste materials at depths of up to 8 meters. The company's accounts have been seized as part of the investigation.
