A 48-year-old woman in Constanța was detained for illegally performing medical procedures without proper qualifications. She allegedly conducted invasive surgeries using medical tools and substances. The investigation revealed she lacked the necessary medical credentials to practice as a plastic surgeon. Following the evidence gathered, she was held for 24 hours and is set to be presented to the prosecutor for legal actions.
