Administrator de firmă, trimis în judecată pentru exploatarea ilegală a unei balastiere

A company administrator has been prosecuted for illegally operating a gravel pit in Ghimbav for three years without the necessary permits. The prosecutor's office also targeted the company involved. Investigations revealed that from July 2019 to September 2022, the administrator conducted mining activities without authorization, extracting sand and gravel from the Bârsa river area. The company previously held a permit that expired due to legal issues regarding land access. A control in December 2019 confirmed that the company was conducting unauthorized excavation work.
