Administraţia de apă Buău pregăteşte digurile şi supraveghează râurile, pentru gestionarea unor posibile inundaţii

The Buzău-Ialomița Water Administration has developed measures to manage potential floods during autumn and winter, focusing on monitoring watercourses and maintaining levees. Despite lower water levels due to recent droughts, the plan includes flood risk management for the Buzău River and ongoing maintenance of flood defense levees. Proposals for the winter 2026-2027 plan emphasize continuous monitoring of water levels and hydrological phenomena, as well as readiness for potential ice-related issues. Investments are also planned to enhance flood risk management in the Buzău basin and other areas.
