Adio, Spania! / Exodul românilor din Spania ajunge la nivel record / Românii pleacă dintr-o economie care, oficial, „duduie”
The Romanian community in Spain is shrinking significantly, marking the end of a prosperous era. Despite Spain's economic growth, many Romanians are leaving due to declining living conditions. The number of Romanians has dropped from 750,000 in 2013 to potentially below 500,000 this year, driven by high living costs and inadequate housing. While Spain attracts new immigrants from Latin America and Morocco, established Eastern European migrants are opting to return home or seek better opportunities elsewhere. This trend reflects broader economic challenges and changing migration patterns.
