Adevărul despre PNRR: Bolojan susține 90%, realitatea e 64%

Former Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan claimed Romania absorbed over 90% of grants and 95% of loans from the PNRR, but this information is disputed. The actual absorption is around 64% of the total available funds, with only 13 billion euros received so far. The PNRR's total value has decreased from 29.18 billion euros to 20.11 billion euros after negotiations. Minister Dragoș Pîslaru stated that the absorption rates are based on future projections, while discrepancies in reported figures have emerged, particularly regarding the loss of 770 million euros due to political disagreements. The situation highlights ongoing challenges in Romania's implementation of the recovery plan.
