The aquarium building in Constanța will be transferred to the municipality to become a museum, as reported by Info Sud-Est. A draft decision for this transfer is on the agenda of the local council meeting. Following the adoption, the handover will occur within 30 days based on a protocol between the municipality and the County Council. In March 2026, local councilors approved the request to transfer the building from county to municipal public domain.
