She noted that while storage targets are on track, technical limitations may affect gas extraction during cold days, potentially leading to imports. The liquidity issues in the gas market hinder price predictions beyond March 2027. Păun emphasized the need for better support for vulnerable consumers and suggested improvements to the ePIDS platform for energy vouchers. For industrial consumers, state aid and tax reductions are necessary for competitiveness. No simulations for a binomial tariff in the gas market have been conducted yet.
