British actor Noel Clarke, known for his role in "Doctor Who," has been charged with multiple sexual offenses involving five women. The allegations date from 2007 to 2016 and include sexual assault, voyeurism, and indecent exposure. The Crown Prosecution Service has confirmed sufficient evidence for the case to proceed to court. Clarke is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on October 21. The Metropolitan Police is providing support to the women involved in the case, which follows an investigation that began about a year ago.
