On October 9, 2026, the Romanian Government approved several decisions, including funding for educational facilities and regulatory updates for pressure equipment. A total of 7.849 million lei will be allocated to improve sanitary conditions in 97 schools across various counties. This funding aims to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and facilitate the completion of unfinished projects from 2025. Additionally, new regulations were introduced to streamline the market entry of pressure vessels and elevators during crises, aligning national legislation with EU directives. The Government also approved guidelines for the National Geological Program to enhance the management of mineral resources, supporting economic and environmental goals.
