Acord Ucraina-Moldova: tarife feroviare la jumătate
Ukraine and Moldova have agreed to reduce railway transit tariffs for Ukrainian goods by 50%, effective from August 10 until the end of 2026. This agreement aims to facilitate the transport of Ukrainian grain to Romania amid increased Russian attacks on Ukrainian port infrastructure. Ukraine plans to export up to 6 million tons of goods in the 2026 agricultural year, with Moldova aiming to attract about 10% of this volume. Additionally, changes to passenger train routes between Kyiv and Chișinău have been implemented to enhance convenience for travelers.
