Acord istoric pentru securitatea Groenlandei. Trump anunță că SUA își extind prezența militară în zona arctică
The United States, Denmark, and Greenland have reached an agreement allowing the U.S. to significantly expand its military presence in Greenland. This deal enables the U.S. to block adversaries from establishing bases or making strategic investments on the island. President Trump announced that the agreement is indefinite and grants the U.S. full authority to ensure the security of Greenland and itself. The U.S. military presence in Greenland, already established through the Pituffik Space Base, is set to increase. The agreement does not transfer sovereignty to the U.S., and Denmark maintains control over foreign policy and defense matters.
