Acord între Beijing și Bruxelles: China a acceptat să nu mai invadeze piața UE cu milioane de mașini hibride
China has agreed to moderate its hybrid vehicle exports to the EU, potentially halting millions of Chinese vehicles from entering the European market. Additionally, Beijing will reduce tariffs on various products worth around four billion euros, including auto parts and food items. This decision comes amid concerns from the EU regarding its significant trade deficit with China, which has reached about one billion euros daily. The EU had threatened protective measures, prompting this dialogue to avoid escalating trade tensions. A joint statement confirmed both parties' commitment to continue discussions and mitigate the risk of an open trade conflict.
