Acord de mediu emis pentru finalizarea unei hidrocentrale pe Olt

The Ministry of Environment has granted an environmental agreement for the completion of the Cornetu-Avrig hydroelectric project on the Olt River, which is expected to generate around 156.8 GWh of renewable energy annually. This project, owned by Hidroelectrica, will support energy security while adhering to environmental protection measures. The agreement covers the finalization of two hydroelectric steps and includes conditions for monitoring and reducing environmental impact. Public consultations were held, and feedback was received from various stakeholders. The project aims to protect existing infrastructure and historical sites during its execution.
