Acoperișurile verzi devin obligatorii pe clădirile mari din orașe, din 2027. Reguli noi și pentru parcări, în noul Cod al Urbanismului

From 2027, large office buildings, commercial spaces, and covered parking must have green roofs covering at least half of their area. The new Urbanism Code aims to reduce urban temperatures and improve air quality. Local authorities will have 12 months to define low-emission zones. Outdoor parking over 500 square meters must allow rainwater infiltration and include trees for shading. Exceptions apply for heritage buildings or where implementation is not feasible. These regulations are part of a broader effort to adapt to climate change and promote clean energy.
