The Romanian Minister of Environment, Diana Buzoianu, revealed that the National Meteorological Agency used public funds to purchase luxury items, including clothing and cosmetics. A control body discovered that five agency cards were used for extravagant purchases totaling over 400,000 lei. The findings included expensive perfumes, clothing, and home decor. Buzoianu plans to send the report to the Prosecutor's Office and expressed disbelief at the misuse of public money. She stated that the agency's leadership should resign, and if not, legal actions will be considered.
