Achiziții directe la ANM: Contracte de milioane de lei, peste pragul legal

Interim Minister of Environment, Diana Buzoianu, claims that the National Meteorological Administration (ANM) awarded contracts without bidding, exceeding legal limits. Following control checks, it was revealed that ANM made direct purchases significantly above the legal threshold for several years. In 2023, ANM spent 400,000 lei on toner through direct procurement, with similar high amounts for laptops and furniture in subsequent years. Two companies, Euroserv Copy Consult SRL and Euro Data Concept SRL, were identified as frequent winners of contracts. Buzoianu stated that the leadership of ANM should resign, and if not, legal actions will be considered. ANM's head, Elena Mateescu, acknowledged the findings and reported them to the police.
