This morning, an accident involving two cars and a tram occurred on Bulevardul Timișoara, causing delays for several STB lines. The tram involved was on line 10. A Facebook user shared an image showing one car crashed into the tram, while another car hit it. The incident took place at the intersection of Bulevardul Geniului and Bulevardul Timișoara. The front of the car that hit the tram was severely damaged. STB reported that three public transport lines were blocked due to the accident, but services resumed shortly after. Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident, which did not cause prolonged disruptions to transport services.
