The incident occurred on September 26 in Koszeczyn, as the correspondent reported on the death of a three-year-old boy. The 14-year-old girl was riding an electric scooter when she was struck. Despite the severity of the impact, she did not sustain serious injuries and did not require hospitalization. The driver initially fled the scene but returned later; he was not under the influence of alcohol but lacked a driving license.
