Two drivers were hospitalized after a car and a van collided on DN 19 near Diosig. The car driver reportedly entered the opposite lane, but the circumstances of the accident are still under investigation. The incident occurred early on September 7, with a 59-year-old man from Sanislău driving towards Satu Mare when he allegedly crossed into oncoming traffic, colliding with a van driven by a 30-year-old from Pișcolt. The van ended up in a ditch. Both drivers were taken to the hospital for medical care, and breathalyzer tests showed negative results. Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact causes of the accident.
